About Us
LG+V Architects is a partnership firm led by Architect Pandy Lichauco, Architects Danilo Guilas and Architect Dennis Villanueva which was established in August 5,2005. The firm takes pride in their genuine excellence in design with projects ranging from residential housing projects to high rise condominiums, shopping malls, resort developments, hotel and convention center, institutional buildings and interior design.

Architectural & Planning Philosophy
When we design what will be part of the public domain,we find that it is important to have good people spaces built-in. People spaces provide green spaces for recreation,relaxation and people watching,improve pedestrian safety,attract business investment and tourism,provide cultural opportunities.encourage a sense of community and contribute to the identity of the development.The team allots ample time to study a project design to ensure that it is in harmony with the existing and future developments in the area.
Architectural Objective &Creativeness
The underlying objective of our individual building design is to derive an architecture that both reflects the dynamism and modernityand the need for a "Timeless" built environment. Our buildings are sensitively designed in terms of form,height,footprint,scale,massing,facilities,external appearance and materrials.
